Mrs. Kim Dasher is a highly experienced special educator, educational leader and dedicated advocate for students with diverse learning and support needs, with 26 years of service at A. Harry Moore. Over her career she has developed extensive expertise in supporting students across a wide range of abilities, with a strong focus on communication, independence, life skills, inclusion and meaningful student engagement.
She holds a Teacher of Students with Disabilities certification and is currently completing a master's degree in Educational Leadership. As a middle school teacher in the ABA program, Mrs. Dasher brings a student-centered approach that recognizes the strengths, abilities and individual voice of every learner, including students who communicate without speech. She is committed to respectful, inclusive learning environments where students build confidence and independence and reach their fullest potential.
