Jannika Hantho

Jannika Hantho, MS, OTR/L, is a pediatric occupational therapist with more than 17 years of experience supporting child development in school and clinical settings. She earned her Master of Occupational Therapy from SUNY Downstate in Brooklyn in 2008 and has served students at A. Harry Moore since 2013, following earlier roles in New York City and Newark public schools.
Jannika uses a structured, relationship-based approach to advance social, cognitive and physical milestones, with a focus on practical, functional outcomes from self-care and managing materials to pre-vocational readiness. She brings creative modalities such as yoga, gardening, and arts and crafts into her practice. Jannika is trained in NDT and DIR/Floortime and is an active member of the New Jersey Occupational Therapy Association. Outside of work she enjoys gardening, traveling, playing pickleball and sailing.
